Return and Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love all of charisbventure’s products. However, if you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day refund as store credit only. After the 14 days have passed, we can no longer offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging with tags still on. Please not that all Jewelry, turbans, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective product, please keep it in the original packaging, with tags still on and contact charisbventure@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or want to be issued a refund, send us an email at charisbventure@gmail.com.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
